Here is what you need to do…
Hire really cute women, conspiracy theorists, and generally thin people to fill seats on your flights. Not that most airlines have a problem with filling seats but if the average traveler, a.k.a. me, didn’t have to sit next to a overweight, middle-aged, business man who rambles about his idea of what California/America needs to do to fix traffic/homeless/weather/technology/etc. or someone who snores violently when the “rest their eyes” I would fly with that company.
Just keep that in mind.
